The Village Link of Georgia was co-founded by Dena Hines and Treshonda Tucker, two Speech-Language Pathologists who recognized the growing need for more accessible, culturally responsive support for families of children with disabilities in South Metro Atlanta. Through their years of experience working with children and families, they saw firsthand that many parents were overwhelmed by fragmented services, limited resources, long waitlists, and a lack of guidance when trying to advocate for their children.
The Village Link of Georgia was created to help bridge those gaps by connecting families to support, education, community resources, and trusted referrals. The organization was founded on the belief that families should not have to navigate disability services alone. Through collaboration, advocacy, and community partnership, The Village Link of Georgia works to empower families, strengthen communities, and help children reach their fullest potential.
