OUR STORY
The genesis of The Village Link of Georgia stems from our founders’ deep-seated passion for supporting families facing the unique challenges of raising children with disabilities, particularly in underserved communities. As experienced speech pathologists working within both urban and rural public school systems and communities, we witnessed firsthand the gaps in comprehensive support services available to these families. Inspired by the courage and resilience of our clients, students and their families, we envisioned a holistic support network that would not only provide therapeutic interventions but also offer essential resources spanning from educational advocacy to emotional support. This vision crystallized into The Village Link of Georgia, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families through tailored programs and advocacy, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.

At the core of The Village Link's mission lies a commitment to fostering inclusive communities where every child's potential is nurtured and celebrated. By bridging the gap between available resources and the diverse needs of families, we aim to create lasting impact and empower parents as active agents in their children's development journey. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and a holistic approach to family-centered care, The Village Link of Georgia continues to evolve, driven by a belief in the transformative power of empathy, education, and unwavering support for families navigating the challenges of childhood disabilities.
